Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our IT Managed Services team based in Deira, Dubai.

The ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of IT experience and possess these technical skills:

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Experience in emails and Backup.
• Experience in the attendance management system (Hikvision / ZKteco).
• Knowledge of CCTV implementation.
• Networking skills to manage:
  • Router / Access point configuration
  • Structured Cabling
  • Switch management and diagnosis
  • VPN Setup and Management, Conditional access on firewalls
• Windows Server Administration
  • Server OS Setup – Windows
  • Server services setup and monitoring – DNS/DHCP /Windows Backup
  • Server Diagnosis
  • Server hardware installation/diagnosis
  • NAS Setup and management (Synology/Qnap)
  • Raid configuration of both servers and NAS
• Backup Configuration and Management.
• Printer/ Scanner Setup and Management.
• Desktop and Laptop Support – Hardware and Software.
• Antivirus management.
• Installation and configuration of IP Telephony.
• Excellent Communication with fluent English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a good attitude toward work and clients.

Experience with the below is an added advantage.

• Windows Server
• IP Telephony – Grandstream, Yeastar, Panasonic
• CCTV – Hikvision, Dahua
• UAE Driving License
• MCSE and N+ certification
