Job Summary:

As the Coffee Maker at our gym, you will play a vital role in providing our members with high-quality coffee and beverages to complement their fitness journey. Your passion for crafting excellent coffee, coupled with your UAE coffee-making experience, will ensure that our members receive the best coffee experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to gym members and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, offering personalized coffee recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing receipts when necessary.
• Stock and replenish coffee supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Collaborate with gym management to introduce new coffee offerings and promotions.
• Ensure the coffee station is adequately equipped with necessary utensils and equipment.
• Handle member inquiries and feedback regarding coffee preferences and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of coffee-making experience in the UAE is a must.
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and specialty coffee beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple coffee orders.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain consistent coffee quality and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the coffee station.
• Knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of coffee-making experience in the UAE (Required).

Educational Qualifications:

• Holding Recognized degree (Advantage).

Language:

• English (Required).
• Hindi (Advantage).
