Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our IT Managed Services team based in Media City, Dubai.

The ideal candidates must have at least 4 years of IT experience and possess these technical skills:

• Microsoft admin experience (SPO, Exchange, Office 365 dashboards) to manage various client email environment. Support will include (but not limited to)
  • New tenant setup and tenant migrations
  • User account creation, Azure AD Management
  • Domain setup (MX records and linking to 0365)
  • Domain issues diagnosis
  • Exchange account issues tracking and resolution.
  • OneDrive setup, SharePoint Setup/management
  • 365 and SharePoint Security/dynamic groups
  • Intune setup and MDM management
• Networking skills to manage:
  • Sonicwall and Fortigate firewalls, Edge router, UDM (Unifi Dream machine), FireWatch, Mikrotik routers and other professional grade routers and access points.
  • Switch management and diagnosis
  • VPN Setup and Management, Conditional access on firewalls
• Windows Server Administration
  • Server OS Setup – Windows (and Linux is an advantage)
  • Server services setup and monitoring – DNS/DHCP/Hyper-v/Windows Backup
  • Server Diagnosis
  • Server Clustering and failover
  • Server Virtualization – Hyper-v, VM Ware, Virtual box
  • Server hardware installation/diagnosis
  • NAS Setup and management (Synology/Qnap)
  • Raid configuration both servers and NAS
• Backup Configuration and Management
  • Nakivo, Veeam, Skykick knowledge and experience is an advantage.
• Printer/ Scanner setup and Management
• Desktop and Laptop Support – Hardware and Software
• Security
  • Antivirus management
  • Email Security platforms – Mimecast, Mail Assure
• Excellent Communication with fluent English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a good attitude towards work and clients.

Experience with the below is an added advantage.

• Mac Environment
• IP Telephony – Avaya, Grandstream
• CCTV – Hikvision
• UAE Driving License
