Job Position: Female Receptionist (GYM)

As we expand our gym facilities, we are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Receptionists to be the face of our gym and ensure our members receive the best possible service.

Position: Female Receptionist (2 positions) – Gym

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

As a Female Receptionist at our gym, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with a passion for fitness and well-being, will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and motivating environment for our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet gym members with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Assist members with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals.
• Provide information on gym facilities, classes, and personal training services.
• Answer phone calls and address member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate fitness classes, appointments, and personal training sessions.
• Ensure the gym reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist in managing gym access and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Support gym staff in administrative tasks, such as data entry and membership documentation.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, resolving member concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for fitness and a basic understanding of gym equipment and fitness classes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle reception tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A high level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting members’ fitness goals.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-year UAE Experience (Advantage).

Educational Qualifications:

• Holding Recognized degree (Advantage).

Language:

• English (Required).
• Hindi (Advantage).
